Mr Heyward State to Mrs: Myers that in as much as Mr: Myers is her Trustee with whom you entered into the written agreement for the rent of the place for the present and for the next year and in as much as in consequence of the difference between yourself and Mrs: Myers as to the currency in which you were to pay the rent, you had written to Mr Myers that you would not retain the place for the next year- It will not therefore be safe for you to enter into engagement with Mrs: Myers for the rent of the place for the next year without the sanction of Mr. Myers, in as much as he may rent it to some one else who will have the right to eject you-Let Mrs Myers therefore obtain Mr: Myers' consent for you to occupy the place another year. Further I would advise you that in any arrangement which you make for another year your right to pay in currency be secured either by Mr: Myers consent in writing, or by Mrs: Myers Bond with security to indemnify you for the payment to her, in the same manner as is proposed to be done for the rent of the present year F.
