Photographs were taken in Columbia (S.C.), Charleston (S.C.), Savannah (Ga.), Philadelphia (Pa.), Ann Arbor (Mi.), Providence (R.I.), Boston (Ma.), Montreal, and Jacksonville (Fl.).
