This book contains records of the wages and rents for stock keepers and watchmen for the year 1862. It includes the amount of land rented, the rent for the amount of land rented, the wages for the period, the deductions of rent from the wages, the amount paid after deductions and any arrears that may be outstanding at that point. This book along with another section (book) detailing Money Renters for 1892 are both included in one physical book. The physical book is arranged in such a way that each section begins with a front cover.
