The sale for $5,650 was finalized by E.L. Freeman and D.L. Goff, based on a resolution by the stockholders of the First National Bank of Pawtucket. The conveyance of the deed was certified by the law firm Ficken, Hughes & Ficken. The date of the original survey is July 16, 1892.
