This book contains detailed records of monetary transactions on the plantation which included accounts payable and accounts receivable. Some of these transactions included items which the plantation credited from suppliers such as lumber and oil and the accounts receivable included accounts of persons who purchased items produced on the plantation and also persons renting land from the plantation. An account of the delivery schedules and the shipment of the sugar and molasses. Also included was documentation of increases in cattle and mules on the plantation.
