- The A.B Flagg Medical Day Book, 1792-1853, is the medical account of Doctor Arthur Belin Flagg. This book includes descriptions of medical treatments and a list of fees for medical services for plantation families and slaves. The details includes the names of the plantation owners and the names of the enslaved peoples. Also recorded in this account book is Dr. Flagg's visit to the military location Camp Magill in Waccamaw, South Carolina to treat wounded soldiers during the Civil War in 1861.The last section of the book was written starting from the back of the book resulting in upside down pages. - The Register of Enslaved Persons and Blanket Book, 1804-1821, is a bound volume kept by or for a member of the Ball family. The register contains lists of enslaved men, women and children given blankets at Midway, Limerick, Quinby, Hyde Park, Backriver and Jericho Plantations. Information also includes lists of enslaved children born on the plantations, the name of their mother, date of birth and date of death.

- The Record of Claremont Church, 1808-1865, is a bound volume that records lists of communicants, baptisms for infants and adults, burials for confederate soldiers and church members, confirmations and marriages performed. Each section includes entries for both enslaved people, freed persons, and white church members. The entries for enslaved people often include the names of their parents or mother, age, name of their slave owner or if they are free.

- The Henry Ravenel Crop Book, 1809-1832 is a book divided into two separate sections that also includes loose notes found within the book. The first section records the names and ages of the enslaved children born on the plantation and the names of their parents. The second half of the book, which appears upside down as the book was flipped for a new section, records the weather conditions, crop farming and the tasks completed by the slaves. The loose papers record the names of the enslaved people, slaves divided and allotted to Henry, Thomas, Rene and William Ravenel, the number of male and female slaves and a note to sell a family of slaves with their names and ages.

- The John Ball Plantation Account Book, 1812-1834, is an indexed account book kept by overseers at various plantations owned by the Ball family. Overseers named are John Cox, Arthur McFarland, Samuel Lynes, Alexander McKnight, Britton Bunch, John Dickson, Thomas Fincklea, James Coward, and John Page. Of particular interest are two different accounts, one with William Deas, referred to as a "Mulatto" and the other "Free Nancy," a free black woman at Limerick Plantation who was buying and trading rice and sugar.

- The Henry Ravenel Medical Book, 1816-1834 records medical visits and prescriptions for families and their slaves by physician Henry Ravenel. Families seeking medical treatment include Porcher, Dubois, Gaillard, Foxworth, Marion, Moore, Ravenel, Broughton and many others. Some of the diseases and injuries being treated are rheumatic diseases, fevers, fractures, kidney disease, a miscarriage, and an amputation on a child slave.

- The Memo Book, 1821-1824, is a bound volume kept by or for a member of the Ball family. The volume lists crops at Hyde Park, Limerick, Jericho and Quinby Plantations as well as specifications for a rice mill at Limerick Plantation. Dried, pressed tree leaves are compressed throughout the blank pages. Also found within the volume are a list of enslaved persons given plough lines at various plantations. The names of the enslaved persons are Hercules, Jingo, Linus, Mathias, Mill Natt/Natt, Paul, Sam, Simon, Tim, Toby, Tom and Tycho.
9. Robert F.W. Allston Cashbook 1823-1843

- A cash book for Robert F.W. Allston for the years 1823-1843. The book includes account transactions conducted by Allston including payment of overseer wages, the hiring out of enslaved people, transportation, taxes, governesses, nurses, crops, sundries, and cloth distributed to slaves. This book also includes accounts between Allston and other individuals including the Estate of Charlotte A. Allston (primarily for the purchases of blankets, shoes, and cloth for enslaved people) and an account with Mary P. Jones. The last several pages of the book contain cash ledgers. Allston explicitly notes accounting related to Matanza Plantation, later known as Chicora Wood. Other account records do not explicitly state plantation sites.
10. Robert F.W. Allston Receipt Book, 1823-1863

- The Robert F.W. Allston Receipt Book, 1823-1863, records receipts received by Robert Allston for payments made to numerous overseers, carpenters and family members. Examples of receipts found in the book include wages for overseers at Nightingale Hall Plantation, Exchange Plantation and Matanza Plantation, later known as Chicora Wood, as well as purchases of enslaved persons and travel expenses.
