    Charleston Nov. 5th 1819 Dear Madam, It is not only my desire to comply with your wishes in your letter of the 15th Oct.; but it will be grateful to my feelings to do so.-Directions are now given for this end, and in due time it will remain with you to close this last friendly office. I wish the following proceeding to be observed- Upon some arrival of Bythewood there will be a Case directed to Mr. Edward Barnwell-- This being received, let it be carried to the Church, where the outside may opened, to be recognized-- Nothing more is to be done- I leave the choice of place to your discretion; but it will be agreeable to me that it may be placed in the same grave with my lamented Daughter- Excuse the delay of my reply- I am Dr Madam respectfully and sincerely yrs.
