Dear Porter :- Being informed that our fair city is about to make itself fou by seing property to a shrimpery on least Bay, and being an old fisherman we versed in the aroma of dead shrimp, I want to express a hope that our wise City Council wiamp; see fit to siipport the protests of the many interested citizens who will puffer from the proposed action of the city. Congratuations and best wishes to the new aderman. Sincerely
