My dear James I enclose a receipt for the Interest due on the 7th of January 1868. It seems a new form- but it will shield you from indebtness to me at my Death. And is the only compensation I can make for Brothers expenses. The Balance due from the last year $200- can be divided into four payments for the ensuing year and at the most convenient time to yourself- The proceeds from the Sale of my Furniture will supply me with the means of paying my room rent for several months Yours Affectionately Susan S Keith March 16th
