- The Exposition magazine was first published by the exposition's Department of Publicity and Promotion in October, 1900, 14 months before the start of the exposition. This issue of Volume 1, from 1901, predate the exposition's opening in December, 1901. The magazines contain updates on the progress of the buildings and grounds, describe the departments and exhibits associated with the exposition, give details about participating states and Caribbean countries, note exposition finances and contain various articles of human interest.
